Requirements

Optimal candidate has:

• Strong knowledge of PHP4 (PHP5 is a plus);
• At least 2 years experience working in PHP software development projects;
• Understanding of HTTP protocol, GET/POST queries, Apache web server functionality;
• Good object oriented skills;
• Experience in web-based applications development;
• Experience in frameworks or CMS development;
• Familiarity with SQL language, relational database functionality;
• DHTML, JavaScript, CSS is a plus;
• Strong understanding of web usability and user interfaces development;
• "Clear" coding style, team working skills, understanding CVS/SVN functionality;
• Understanding of the software project lifecycle, testing and project frameworks;
• Ability to plan and organize project and personal time.

Other requirements

• Education: Studies in computer science or related subjects at university level.
• Foreign languages: Ability to read and understand technical materials in English.
• Personal characteristics: Commitment to quality and accuracy, high degree of responsibility, team player ability, capacity to communicate clearly and concisely.
